الملخص EN

The intellectual capital of modern concepts that have emerged in the last decade of the century, it was realized that a lot of organizations important fact, which is that its real value is based on everything may be more important than the head of the physical her money, which today is called Brass intellectual capital, which represents one of the most important elements of successful organizations in the atheist and the twentieth century, and is the knowledge and skill of employees, and the organization's culture, organizational processes, patents, and the relationship with the customers, so must all organizations industry interest in intellectual capital.

And functionality For his part, human activity practiced by employees possess the characteristics distinguish them from the others and leads to new ideas so that the lead used to achieve many benefits to the organization.

Under the above adopts the current study, the study of intellectual capital industry prescription independent variable in the promotion of job performance.

The study sought the relationship between intellectual capital industry, functional and performance testing, the effect of one over the other, in order to achieve this goal has been to build hypotheses boss and a subsidiary, was chosen as the Technical Institute / Babylon, a society for the study and testing of hypotheses and the study sample consisted of 122 members of thesurveyed organization, and adopted the questionnaire form for this purpose as well as personal interviews with workers, has been using a number of statistical methods appropriate for this relationship using statistical software (SPSS).

*-The study concluded that the intellectual capital of the organization in the surveyed industry needs higher attention, despite the fact that the results of statistical analysis confirmed significant progress .

*-The study concluded:- to provide a set of recommendations designed to interest industry intellectual capital and organization researched facing rapid changes require knowledge of high cognitive and increasing the skills of individuals, so they need to build intellectual base solid and set high standards of career performance and develop the efficiency of workers by assigning them new tasks were difficult and the development of future plans to send personnel out of the country and take advantage of outside expertise
