The research was to get to know the reality of the tourism sector in the province of Babylon, where the use of the elements of the internal environment that makes it efficient to achieve competitive advantage and thus achieve their goals .

The research problem is that there is no clear perception among managers of tourism companies on the impact of the internal environment to achieve competitive differentiation, and the aim of the research is to determine the size of the effect of the components of the internal environment to achieve a competitive advantage in the sector tourism in the province .
