The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a group Guidance- program in developing job interview skills among job seekers in Sultanate of Oman.

The sample of the study included (300) male and female job seekers, of which two experimental and control groups were drawn, each of them (20) male and female job seekers.

The group underwent a group Guidanceprogram, while the control group did not receive any treatment.

The study was based on the semiempirical methodology.

The Job Interview Skills Development Scale, which consists of (30) words, is used to measure job interview skills.

The scale consists of three dimensions: interview preparation, interpersonal skills and thinking skills.

Stability of the scale (0.90).

The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the telemetry between the control group and the experimental group in favor of the experimental group where the effect factor was (0.74).

Social and group.

The results of the ANOVA test revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurement of the experimental group in favor of telemetry, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the post-measurement and follow-up measurement indicating the effectiveness of the program.

The results were discussed and interpreted in the light of theoretical literature, and the study came up with a set of recommendations and suggestions in the light of these results
