This study aimed to highlight the state's responsibility to care for orphan’s funds in light of the high incidence of orphans due to wars and internal and external conflicts, and in light of the weakness of religious faith at some of the Patriarchs, as well as disputes located on one who has the right to the mandate or trusteeship, he knew the researcher orphan, and the attention of Islam it, and the powers of the state-sponsored funds for orphans.

The researcher found that Islam cared orphan great importance to ensure a decent livelihood for him.

And that the jurisdiction of the State and the responsibility of the orphan’s funds such as deposit that must be performed, and that the scope of the State's responsibility towards orphan’s funds direcdy responsible to maintain, and follow-up and evaluation of the parents, and monitor their behavior and their actions, and the enactment of the laws of this work.
