The objective of this research was to determine the tools of social audit in the subsidiary of tube, Chiali sidi BelAbes group, Algeria.
after an analysis of a sample of staff costs in the form of indicator ratios, diagrams and the use of a questionnaire on the methods of calculating salaries and the remuneration policy, it was found that lack of a knowledge assessment system in staff compensation.

L’objectif de cette recherche, était de déterminer les outils de l’audit social dans la filiale de tube, groupe Chiali sidi BelAbes, Algérie.
après une analyse d’un échantillon de charges du personnel sous forme l’indicateurs ratios, et de diagrammes et par l’utilisation d’un questionnaire sur les méthodes de calcul des salaires et la politique de rémunération, on a constaté qu’Il ya une absence d’un système d’évaluation des connaissances dans la rémunération du personnel.
