This research talked about one of the most important books of fiqh al- Hanafi, a «Kholasat Addalyel wa tankeh A1 Masayel fe Sharh Mokhtaser Al- K.oddouri».(Maten Al- Koddouri) is the basis for Alhanafi Motoon and the most common and widespread in the General Islamic country.

«Kholasat Addalyel » is considered one of the most important explanation for this book.

I he study is divided into three sections : first topic: the Biography of the author Hossam El Din al-Razi in terms of his name , lineage, his trips, his students, his works and his death.

The second topic: the approach that Ar Razi shown in authoring.

1116 third section: the approach Razi shown in Tarjeeh, so that researchers and scholars can take advantage of it.
