الملخص EN

The research problem appeared in the urgent need to develop proficiency tests in the Arabic language for non-native speakers.

The researcher then seeks to analyze the linguistic proficiency test in the Arabic language for the other speakers.

and to link the experimental material with the communicative skills needed by the Arabic speakers.

Tests of language proficiency in the Arabic language for non-speakers.

as confirmed by the results of studies and previous research.

In order to address this problem.

the researcher sought to determine the appropriate communicative competencies among the Arabic language learners and then analyze the linguistic proficiency test in the Arabic language for the other speakers in light of these communication skills.

The researcher relied on descriptive analytical methodology based on collecting information.

The research produced many results.

the most prominent of which are the following: - The research identified (22) the adequacy of the communication skills appropriate among the Arabic speaking speakers and divided into four areas.

including (5) competencies relating to linguistic communication competencies.

(7) competencies related to the field of communication position.

and (6) competencies related to the field of competencies Communication outreach.

and (4) competencies related to strategic communication skills.

The researcher concluded that communication competencies related to the level of communicative attitude were more representative in the test of the Arabic language of the non-native speakers by 20.9%.
