The control of locus is one of the modern concepts that many researchers have taken care of, because it is a personal feature that helps the individual to continue with balance.

For this purpose, this study aimed at identifying the control of locus of the secondary school students who passed the baccalaureate exam.

And to identify the differences according to the gender and the repetition, And the descriptive method was used in our study, as the study sample consisted of (100) male and female students taught in the secondary school of yesbaa brothers and the secondary school of Ben Alia Yahya in the area of challah Al-Adoura Medea has a mandate of (50) male and 50 female students.

In order to answer the study's questions, the scale of the control of locus for the Rotter was applied, which was translated it on Arab by Aladdin Kafafi(1982), and the studyconcluded that the control of locus has sample an external control, The results of the study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences with respect to the gender variable, and there are no statistically significant differences for the control of locus according to the repetition among the study sample individuals, the study concluded with a number of recommendations, most notably Conducting guidance programs to change the external control to an internal control for secondary school students, and Perform similar studies but on different samples
