The current research is aimed toinvestigate the role of sources of distinctive capabilities adopted in this research growth strategy factory of the General Company for the manufacture of garments in Mosul strategy through a prospective study of the views of a deliberate sample size of 45 personnel, including managers and supervisors in which to determine the ranges of interest in their factonies about the variables of the research adoption of a questionnaire prepared for this research and distributed to those respondents, in light of the combined whom data were tested the relationships and influences between the sources of distinctive capabilities and growth strategy using some statistical methods, the research reached to some conclusions among them the one that referred to the active role of such sources adopted search growth strategy by factories of company surveyed that.

On basis this,the research provides a set of proposals, the most notably the need to give the attention of departments factories.
