This study mainly aimed to identify fish extension knowledge needs for workers in the field of fish aquaculture in Berseq farm in Abo Homous district, El-Beheira governorate (case study).

This was achieved through:1- identifying some of the social-economic and communication characteristics of professionals respondents, in the field of fish aquaculture in Berseq farm, 2- identifying some of social-economic and communication characteristics of workers respondents,3- identifying fish extension knowledge needs from the point of view of both professionals and workers respondents,4- identifying correlation and regression relationships betwee social-economic and communication characteristics of professionals respondents in the field of fish aquaculture as independent variables and their fish extension knowledge needs for professionals in the field of fish aquaculture at research area,5- identifying correlation and regression relationships between social-economic and communication characteristics of workers respondents in the field of fish aquaculture as independent variables and their fish extension knowledge needs for workers,6- identifying the most important obstacles workers In Berseq fish farm for both professionals and workers respondents and the solutions to solve it form their point of view.The data were collected through personal interview questionnaire applied to respondent, this research population induced all professionals and workers in Berseq fish farm was 129, where the number of professional was 56 and the workers respondent was 69.The analytical statistical methods applied were, percentages, frequencies, means, standard deviation,simple correlation coefficient,chi square test,multiple regression analysis, and some statistical methods and measures were used as suitable for each type of data throught (SPPS) program.

The main results were as follows : First: personal, social, economic and communication characteristics of professional workers in Berseq, fish farm: results showed that there werw 15 characteristics of professional workers.

Second: personal, social, economic and communication characteristics of workers in Berseq, fish farm: results showed that there werw 12 characteristics of workers Third: Fish extension knowledge needs for professionals workers in the field of fish aquaculture: Results showed that mor than half of the respondents (51,78%) have medium Fish extension knowledge needs for professionals in the field of fish aquaculture.

Fourth: Fish extension knowledge needs for workers in the field of fish aquaculture: Results showed that majority of the respondents (84,06%) have medium and high Fish extension knowledge needs for Workers respondents in the field of fish aquaculture.

fifth: The regression relationship between independent variable of professionals workers and fish extension knowledge needs in the field of fish aquaculture as a dependent variable: research findings indicated that the following six independent variables: Educational level, field of specialty, Cultural opening, Level of ambition, fisher agricultural extension communication, cognitive level with the fish aquaculture, is responsible for the interpretation of (53%) of total variance in fish extension knowledge needs for professionals respondents in the field of fish aquaculture.

Sixth: The regression relationship between independent variable of workers and fish extension knowledge needs in the field of fish aquaculture as a dependent variable: research findings indicated that the following five independent variables: Number of Job years in the field of fish aquaculture, Total annual income, Agricultural information sources the new in the field of fish aquaculture, fisher agricultural extension communication, cognitive level with the fish aquaculture, is responsible for the interpretation of (51%) of total variance in fish extension knowledge needs for workers respondents in the field of fish aquaculture Sevens: Obstacles facing workers in the application of Berseq farm in the field of fish aquaculture, and the solutions of it: A-Some obstacles facing professionals workers: Lack of regular feeds throughout the planting season, shortage of raw materials for feed productionthe lack of equipment used to process, and death of talabia fish.
