At the end of the twentieth century, new curricula emerged that study the history of international relations.

These curricula have strongly criticized the theoretical foundations upon which the positivist school was built.

An experimental angle, as is the case in the study of natural sciences subjects, including those whose study focused according to social and cultural approaches, and in the paper we pave the way for the problem of the study, we approach it by proposing to highlight emerging interactive visions concerned with approaching these theories systematically in a new template, by A call for a historical re-reading of this field with a scientific objectivity very far from the effects of political ideologies, and to drop it on the history of Algeria's external Ottoman relations to show that the methodological approach envisioned here remains at its origin an open approach to other methodological techniques and I will answer the problem posed namely: How did the Algerian studies drop These systematic insights on historical research? How can one present a systematic vision in the history of international relations as an academic knowledge field?
