The Caliphs in the Umayyad period Encouragement have the effect on science and learning movement, by assigning rewards, prizes and gifts to scientists and the students, which has a great effect on the education movement.

Also the Caliphs in the Umayyad period the allocation of monthly salaries for scientists and students from the House of Muslim money to devote to learning and education, was in support of the activity of the scientific movement and its development in Building the foundations of Arab-Islamic civilization.
