So he did his best to repair the damage and he organize it again.

He gave his intention to agriculture to organize it, and gave the farmers interest – free loan.

He wrote many orders to the governors of the state in order to economize in their expenditure.

And they have to be very kind with the citizens.

He also reduce the expenditure of palace, and also the salaries of the viziers and the senior officers.

But he clashed with the caliph and the viziers, so he discharged of his office and deported to Al – Yaman.

Then he had been called to find a salvation for the economic unsolved question.

He returned to Baghdad and started his expertness, but the difficulties standed in his way so he resigned himself.
