This study aimed to identify the extent of practicing social responsibility towards human resources in the Islamic faith schools in Abu Samra, in addition to identifying the role of practicing social responsibility towards human resources in its various dimensions on job performance.

The study population consisted of professors in the school under study, and the researcher distributed 40 questionnaires.

The descriptive analytical approach was used to study the phenomenon under study.

The study found that there is an adoption and practice of all activities related to social responsibility towards human resources, albeit to varying degrees with regard to the answers of the professors.

The results also showed a positive relationship for the application of social responsibility towards human resources on job performance.
