The present study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of the cognitive behavioural therapy for reducing conduct disorder among a sample of adolescents, and the researcher used the following tools, scale of conduct disorder among the adolescents, which was developed by the present study researcher.

A suggested program based on the cognitive behavioural therapy, which was developed by the present study researcher.

The sample of the present study consisted of 14 male adolescents with conduct disorder.

They were students in first year, from Benha General Secondary School for Boys in Benha City, they age ranged from (15 – 16) years old, they were divided into two groups: Experimental group (n=7) and control group (n=7), the results of the study indicate there were statistically significant differences those of the post- application of the experimental group on the conduct disorder scale after the experimentation of the suggested cognitive behavioural therapy program, in favour of the post- application, between the scores rank means of the experimental group and those of control group after the post- application of the conduct disorder scale, in favour of the experimental group, finaly there were no statistically significant differences between the scores rank means of experimental group in the post- application and those in the follow-up-application of the conduct disorder scale.
