The research sample consisted of (234) female students from the College of Education for Girls for the departments (chemistry, physics, history, educational and psychological sciences) for the second and fourth stages of the morning study, they were chosen by simple random method, and to achieve the goals of the research, a measure was prepared and adapted to know the desire towards external migration, The apparent honesty and sincerity of the construction (internal consistency) was extracted by calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient of the vertebral relationship with the overall degree of the scale, and the stability in the midterm fractionation method.

The results indicate that there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) according to the variable of the stage attributed to the fourth stage students, and in the light of the research results the researcher reached a set of conclusions, and the researcher also presented a set of recommendations and proposals.
