This is a research entitled: Scientific (academic) arbitration, its judgment and controls in Islamic jurisprudence An original study.What is meant by this title is to study the scientific arbitration as a legitimate study of its Islamic judgment based on the evidence of sharia, and the statement of support for Islamic jurisprudence procedures of the scientific arbitration, which helps and benefits the arbitrator.

The most important aim of this research is: to determine the ruling on the defending the scientific thesis and the arbitration of scientific research, to clarify and reverse of the jurisprudential conditioning of scientific arbitration, and to highlight the role of jurisprudence in supporting scientific arbitration procedures.

The research concluded with a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: That scientific arbitration in all its forms falls within the section of permissible, and that Islamic jurisprudence supported scientific arbitration procedures with principles and rulings represented in some jurisprudential rules that were dominated by the standard feature, and with some procedural provisions, this can be useful in arbitration, such as the judicial system and judicial arbitration.

One of the most important recommendations of the research is that to follow studies to benefit from the jurisprudential rules in scientific arbitration.
