الملخص الإنجليزي

The current research aims to identify "building a training program and its effect on teaching performance, positive thinking and habits of mind among applied students." The research community consisted of all the students of the fourth stage in the College of Education for Pure Sciences at Dhi Qar University, who were (237) male and female students, and the research sample consisted of (66) male and female students, with (33) male and female students of the experimental group and (33) male and female students of the group Control.

The researcher rewarded them in a number of variables, and the researcher prepared a note form as a tool for teaching performance, as well as a measure of positive thinking, and a measure to identify some of the habits of the mind.

Honesty and consistency were extracted.

The data was processed by the Social Sciences Statistical Packages Program (SPSS).

After applying the training programs, the researcher reached several results, including: The experimental group outperformed the control group in teaching performance, positive thinking, and mind habits.

The researcher also recommended a set of recommendations, including: the effectiveness of the training program in other variables.
