Praise is to Allah, peace and prayer may be upon Allah's messenger, his family, companions, and followers.

He who contemplates on Sharia certainly will find that it is all about finding the obvious benefits.

And if they assemble the priority, it will be to the most significant of all.

As well as for invalidating the damages.

Moreover, if they assemble the priority, it will be to the worst of all.

That is to say, there is no scientist who is aware of Quran and Sunnah can deny or doubt this precept and the more he’s aware of it the more he knows about Sharia.

Therefore , a science has been grown amongst scientist -long centuries ago- that indicates secrets and insight of Sharia to help whoever in this field.

Its purpose is to know Sharia like how a specialist of Arabic language understands the statement of Arab as a master of logic knows how to set evidence.

And a jurist understands jurisprudence.

One of the greatest and earliest books that were written in this field is “Mahasin Al-Sharia” by the most well-known scientist and most famous is Imam Abu Baker Mohammed Bin Ismael Al-Qaffal Al-Shashi (died on 365 Hijri).
