This paper discusses the ruling on combining money transfer and exchange in banks, based on the Muslim’s need to know the jurisprudential rulings related to this topic.

The paper is divided into an introduction, a preface, two sections and a conclusion.

The preface includes what is related to money transfer and exchange.

The first section tries to define money transfer and the rule on meeting some contracts related to the research.

The second section deals with the ruling on taking the transfer commission in excess of the cost, the adaptation of the bank entry, and the method of bank transfer and its ruling in Islam.

The paper concludes that converting currency through a bank and sending it to another person in another country is not permissible, combining contracts leading to usury or some types of it, such as a loan that brings a benefit, is prohibited, the bank entry does not come down to the status of receiving, the internal bank transfer is allowed, but the external bank transfer is not permissible.
