The current study aimed to reveal the type of school climate prevailing in public schools from the point of view of teachers of special education in the governorates of the Gaza Strip, to reveal the level of occupational combustion in the Gaza Strip, to determine the normality of the relationship between the type of school climate and functional combustion on the one hand, the type of school climate prevailing, and to verify the differences between the averages of teachers of education in gaza governorates in both the school climate and the degree of occupational combustion due to demographic changes (sex, age, scientific qualification, years of experience, workplace, social status) and the two approaches used the two approaches.

The study was applied to a survey sample of (85) teachers of education in government schools in all governorates of the Gaza Strip in the school period from 2019-2021 and the results were analyzed using the statistical packets program (spss) and the following results were reached: - A positive school environment for teachers of special education with relative weight (77.89%).

- Low level of functional combustion at relative weight (47%) I have the sample of the study.

The existence of a statistically significant inverse correlation between both the school climate and occupational combustion in the study sample.

The lack of statistically significant differences in both the type of prevailing school climate and functional combustion is attributable to demographic variables (gender, age, scientific qualification, years of experience, workplace, social status) In light of the findings of the researchers, he recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Encouraging and motivating outstanding teachers in their performance, both financially and morally.

Provide the potential required to create a positive school environment.

The need to address and reduce the factors and causes that lead to functional combustion in teachers.

- Conduct further studies on other categories and link them to other variables.

Raising the rate of wages and salaries among special education teachers.

Working to develop the abilities of teachers and keep up with their professional growth on an ongoing basis.
