The world has undergone many transformations in the last three centuries; all these transformations led to the formation of the features of the twenty-first century and influenced the people’s lives, education, work and development.

Internet is considerd as one of the most important manifestations of such development in our time.

This has also led to the increasing number of Internet users because of its multiple benefits; however, this increase was not accompanied by an increase in laws and legislation that govern e-dealing.

The emergence of governance which is based on three dimensions of accountability, transparency and credibility can be applied in the world of Internet.

This study sheds light on Internet governance, its concepts and its importance.

This study seeks also to understand the most important international entities that care for the study of Internet governance and the legislations issued by these countries with reference to the stakeholders in the field of Internet governance in MENA countries.

Accordingly, a model was prepared for the Internet governance based on what was reviewed in this study.

The study reached a set of results and recommendations through reviewing previous studies and previous conclusions related to this field.
