The judicial authority to be able to opposite corruption crimes and encountering them, it requires to make available some definite methods which represents in: integrity, neutrality, and professional qualification, and honesty, and that is on the level of both judicial branches criminal and administrative and constitutional and each of them has its own important role.

This study will be divided into two chapters first one will be devoted to the general definition of corruption and the second one will go around the concept of judicial role in anti-corruption process and the necessary methods and finally a conclusion and contains recommendations and that is in the scope of Iraqi judicial system law no.160/1979 and its amendments, Iraqi supreme judicial council law no.54/2017, the judicial authority law no.46/1972 and its amendment law no.35/1984 and some other related legislations
