Ahlulbait was and still the keeper of Allah knowledge and the interpretation of his prophecy، his elite among his beings، the bearers of his massages، and the disproof upon his beings in confirmation all the goodness of human society and people righteousness.

Therefore، they (Ahlulbait) focused on the pilgrimage of Imam Hussain in the twentieth of Safar of each migratory year by the human world not only by Muslim world.

Whereas Imam Al Askari said that ''the believer's signs are five; the fifty-one pray، the pilgrimage of Arbai'n، the confession by the name of Allah most gracious most merciful، right ringing، and earthen the forehead.

So، the pilgrimage of Imam Hussain in Alarbai'n is the most important sign، especially of the believer and generally of the human being، because this great shaeira (ritual) bears great meanings that even mountains bow homage and aggrandizement for its status and magnitude.

As such، the humanity does not know the great virtue of this shaeira since the honor of the grace of such pilgrimage is acknowledged by Ahlulbait only for their status as being the inheritor of all prophets and messengers and the elite of Allah among the headmost and the utmost.

It is a revolution that knocked the human history to peak its manual and amplitude for all generations to declaim and speak that the right needs honor pause and sacrifice as Imam Hussain did.

Moreover، there are two ways that cannot meet together till judgment day، whenever Allah differentiates between his beings، the right way and aberrance way.

The aim of Imam Hussain's revolution was to build the generations and reform the ethic system of the social society because he knew about his assault and his family's captivity، and so he insisted on sacrifice for achieving his supremeaim in reveling the consciousness and reform the human souls.

Thus، this truth is continuous in Al Hussain's pilgrimage of each year and the numeral of pilgrims increase every year، regardless of oppressive people.

The study begins with a brief impression about the big role of Al Arbai'n pilgrimage in defeating the oppression and injustice that are found by the oppressors cross history.

Furthermore، the ethic and the positive role of Al Arbai'n pilgrimage are discussed in the first dimension that is contributed in building the intellectual generation regardless their pertinence or root which represents the greatness of Imam Hussain's matter.

The second dimension deals with the basic aspects of Al Arbai'n pilgrimage and the essential impacts of these aspects in the social society that are، the doctrine aspect، spiritual aspect، and the ethical aspect.

While the third dimension، it studies Al Arbai'n pilgrimage as a reformation occasion and this dimension is classified into different aspects as devotion of apotheosis and human virtues، the interest with the human being and society، the restoration of rights for their owners، refusal of forbidden and remove of taboo.

Whereas the matter of universality of Al Arbai'n pilgrimage is dealt with in the fourth dimension.
