This study aims, in a descriptive and analytical framework, to shed light on the various services and facilities provided by the Saudi BADIR program and to determine their impact on the creation and sustainability of small entrepreneurial businesses.

It also aims to assess the experience of the Saudi BADIR program and clarify the means to benefit from it in Algeria in order to strengthen the role of business incubators in supporting the creation and sustainability of small entrepreneurial businesses.

This study concluded that the quality of services and facilities provided by the BADIR program had a great impact on the creation and sustainability of small entrepreneurial enterprises, and it also obtained many benefits through the study and analysis the experience of the Saudi BADIR program, and these advantages can guide Algeria towards activating the role of business incubators in the creation and sustainability of small entrepreneurial businesses.
