The precarious employment in its extent and its continuous progression is a central factor of the social situation in many countries whose Algeria is no exception.
The stress impact of job insecurity context is different from one individual to another.
According to the results of a lot of researches, this difference is due to personal and social resources which every individual disposes of.
The feeling of self-efficacy seems to intervene in the adaptive capacities of the individual and to play a moderator role in the perception of stress.
الملخص FRE
La précarisation de l'emploi, de par son ampleur et sa constante progression, est un facteur central de la situation sociale dans de nombreux pays dont l'Algérie ne fait pas exception.
L'impact en termes de stress de ce contexte est différent d'un individu à l'autre.
Selon les résultats de nombreuses recherches, cette différence est due aux ressources personnelles et sociales dont dispose chaque individu.
Parmi les ressources personnelles le sentiment d'efficacité personnelle semble intervenir dans les capacités adaptatives de l'individu et jouer un rôle modérateur dans la perception de stress.
