الملخص العربي

تعد الصناعة اللبنة الاساسية للتقدم الاقتصادي و تطوره التي منها تنطلق بقية المجالات نحو التنمية، وعليه فجاءت تلك الدراسة لمعرفة محفزات الاستثمار التي قامت عليها المصنع منذ القدم وماهي المعوقات التي تعاني منها و معالجتها باعتبار منتجاتها أحدى الضروريات الحياة الاساسية للإنسان، و صناعة النسيج تعد من أقدم واهم الصناعات في العراق بصورة عامة و محافظة بابل (مدينة الحلة) بصورة خاصة نتيجة لتوفير مستلزماتها الاولية كالقطن و الصوف، أضف الى توفير الخبرة و المهارة الفنية لدى سكانها، و خلال مجريات الدراسة اتضح أن المصنع يشهد تذبذب و انخفاض في كميات الانتاج وكمية المبيعات نتيجة لعدة اسباب ابرزها هو استيراد المواد الاولية التي تعد نقطة الاساس للمصنع، فضلا عن نقص رؤوس الاموال وقلة الدعم المالي من السياسة الحكومية، كذلك انقطاع التيار الكهربائي المستمر مما يسبب في تلكؤ العملية الانتاجية، كذلك الظاهرة التي يعاني منها المصنع بالرغم من كثر عدد البطالة في منطقة الدراسة وهي نقص عدد الايدي العاملة و انخفاضها من سنة لأخرى إذ بلغت في سنة 2020 بنحو (438) عاملا.
