The communicative effectiveness has been studied starting from employing the linguistic, eloquent and logical techniques to find the ability of the rhetoric art to achieve the reaction between the sender and the receptor.To achieve the meaning of the communicative effectiveness in rhetoric,three communicative levels have been studied: the solidarity,directing and convincing.These three levels revealed the effectiveness of the eloquent meaning between the communication parts and the ability of the rhetoric message to affect and convince.
