This paper aims to show the interconnection between principles of Islamic jurisprudence and legitimate objectives, throughout tackling one Injunction of the law, allowable injunction.

This study tackles one aspect of this injunction, in case of expanding on allowable injunction.

The study sheds lights on the opinions of scholars, who are showing that there are restrictions must be committed by extended.

These restrictions shall be confirmed, in case of preponderance of impairment relating to tackle allowable and in case of leading to other matters must be avoided.

The study confirms that centrism and the significance of moderation on religious, throughout showing the justification of expansion form meaning of mercy and alleviation, and as may be mean to praiseworthy matters; such as acting of forms of obedience and negligence of sins and other justifications.
