Doing efforts in legal adjudications lacks of two considerations: having a look into the texts in order to devise the verdict from them, and having a look of the objects to achieve its purpose, the first consideration is required texts jurisprudence, and the other consideration is inspiration jurisprudence.

The inspiration jurisprudence passes by main stages that prove its correctness, they are: reality understanding, understanding of duty in the reality, and the application of legal texts on the incident.

Each stage of these stages has a set of controls that inspiration efforts cannot be valid without them.

This study aimed at showing the important impact of "controls" on the correctness of inspiration judgments on the facts and renewables, as well as highlighting their function - that means: controls - in dealing with changing facts and renewables, and how to inspire judgments, that lead to allowed, away from the forbidden, and fulfills the purposes of legislation through applying on a field of legitimate politics, called The International Relations.
