Through this research, we are trying to study the behavior of the real exchange rate in the countries of the Maghreb for the period 1990-2018 by the VARP method.
The study showed that the best predictor of the forward real exchange rate is their spot rate, and its behavior do not follows a random walk, and their half life adjustment is to 4 years and half.

A travers cette recherche, nous essayons d'étudies le comportement du taux de change réel dans les pays du Maghreb pour la période 1990-2018 par la méthode VARP.
L'étude a montré que le meilleur prédicteur du taux de change réel à terme est le taux de change réel courant et que leur comportement ne suit pas une marche aléatoire.
L'étude aussi a montré que leur ajustement de demi de vie est de 4 ans et demi.
