And evade the correct and stable legal rulings, cancel them, and create new laws that multiply due to the multiplicity of understanding and persons on the third side, And the discussion in this study will be about nine guidelines for understanding the purposes of the Prophet's Sunnah.

They are: being guided by the interpretation of the Noble Qur'an, collecting authentic narrations on one topic from the considered confiscation, being guided by the effects of the Companions, may God be pleased with them, knowing the reason for the emergence of the hadith, its various transcripts and its copies, and being guided by the sayings of the interpreters of the prophetic hadith, and taking into account the significance of the Arabic language methods, And taking into account the rules of hadith and deductive fundamentalism, the skill of realistic practical application, and the skill of distinguishing between the variable method and the fixed goal.
