The aim of the current research is to identify the psychological depletion of the teachers of the end grades and to identify the significance of the differences in psychological depletion according to the variables of gender, specialization and stage of study, In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher constructed the measure of mental exhaustion which consisted of (32) paragraphs written in the style of the report and divided into four areas (emotional exhaustion, job dissatisfaction, professional pressures, negative attitudes toward students) I put before each paragraph five alternatives to the answer (apply to me completely, apply to me often, apply to me sometimes, apply to me to some extent, do not apply at all) Give them a correction when grades (5,4,3,2,1) Respectively, of the paragraphs designed to measure psychological depletion, and reflect the correction(1,2,3,4,5) Respectively, of the paragraphs formulated against the measure of psychological depletion And verified the validity of the measure through the honesty and apparent veracity of the building and the researcher verified the stability of the scale methods of analysis of variance using the equation Alpha Kronbach and half-split method, Apply the scale to the adult search sample (100) A teacher and a teacher from the teachers of the final grades were chosen in random class method and the data were analyzed using the statistical bag for the social sciences SPSS The results showed that the teachers of the end grades suffer from the state of psychological depletion did not show differences of statistical significance between males and females in the level of psychological depletion and showed differences in statistical significance in the specialization (Scientific, human) And for the benefit of teachers of scientific specialization, and the existence of differences of statistical significance in the variable stage (Average, preliminary) For the benefit of the preparatory school teachers, in the light of the results of the research, a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals were identified
