The study aims to determining the level of their job burnout, in addition the Job Satisfaction, And determining the type and strength of the relationship between the determinants of Job Satisfaction and the job burnout, To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method, and she used a questionnaire for data collection after this questionnaire had been tested satisfactorily for validity and reliability by proper scientific methods.

the study sample (354), and SPSS was used for data analysis, The results of the field study showed that: The level of job burnout was high for the emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of personal achievement, there is a significant differences in the level of job burnout and Job Satisfaction for administrative staff Asser Hospital, according to the difference in gender, scientific degree, and the number of experience years, And there is a strong statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of job burnout and Job Satisfaction, The level of Job Satisfaction was very low, The study provide several recommendations for officials and administrative staff Asser Hospital.
