The world is currently witnessing rapid changes in various aspects of life, whether economic, sports or political, and it is imperative to work in all organizations and institutions to change their administrative situation, improve it and bring it to the highest ranks, including the sports clubs represented by their heads and employees, and the problem of research lies in the existence of a disparity in the commitment of the heads to the organizational side In the sports clubs in which they work, the goal of the research was to identify the reality of the organizational commitment of the heads of administrative bodies in sports clubs, and the researchers followed the descriptive approach in the survey method to address the problem, As for the research community, some of the heads of the sporting administrative bodies of the central Euphrates region (Diwaniyah - Najaf - Samawah - Karbala - Babil) were 46, and the most important conclusions were commitment to the organizational aspect of the heads of sports administrative bodies, while the most important recommendations were strengthening and attention With the organizational commitment of heads as well as employees by holding training programs, workshops and seminars.
