uman knowledge is increasing day by day, rapidly, exceeding the energy of the human mind, so man began to think about solutions and means to overcome these difficulties, and since the explosion of knowledge and technology is the root of these challenges, this means that the issue is educational in most of its dimensions, which are included in Its scope is physical and physical education, and since technologies are the application of science, a new dimension is added, which we may call technical behavior, in addition to the behaviors that are represented in the education outputs.

Work on the proper growth of science and technology was one of the solutions to the challenges of the times, and it is known that healthy growth For knowledge in any country depends critically on the availability of trained manpower scientifically and technically.

This is due to the defect in the administrative aspects or to the failure to keep pace with the use of technology in the field of sports management, as sports management is still in most sports institutions in Iraq managed by traditional methods without taking into account the importance of using modern technologies in sports management, and the conditions and suffering experienced by the forums must be thoroughly studied.

And comprehensively based on modern scientific foundations to develop effective solutions for them in order to overcome the negative aspects and develop the positive aspects in order for the forum to take an active role in attracting youth to be the hope of Iraq in the future.

The research aims to identify modern information technology and its role in improving the performance of sports management in youth and sports directorates in Iraq, and getting to know the most modern information technology devices used in the field of sports management in youth and sports directorates in Iraq.

The researchers used the descriptive approach, and the research sample consisted of youth and sports directors, managers of youth forums, coaches and supervisors for activities (sports, cultural, artistic and scientific) and they numbered (305) individuals representing youth and sports directorates and their forums, and the researchers concluded: The results showed that the information technology section is the main driver of administrative work In sports institutions and obtained the highest weighted average, weight and percentage due to the need for information technology at this time for administrative work related to the work of youth and sports directorates and forums.

The paragraph using computers in sports activities has got the lowest weighted average and percentage weight because it needs specialists in data management, analysis and provision and this What we do not find in most directorates and forums for youth and sports in the Iraqi governorates, and the necessity to implement the requirements of modern information technology and computers in the sports field in the directorates and forums of youth and sports.

The researchers recommended inviting the administrative leaderships of the directorates and forums of youth and sports to view the current study and its results in order to think and initiate the adoption Philosophy of Information Technology a A modern administrative approach in developing the current and future performance of youth and sports directorates and forums, and the necessity of using and learning computers in the sports field by all workers and administrators in directorates and youth and sports directorates and forums
