The study aims at the role of Egyptian and foreign cartoon serials in some Egyptian channels in developing environmental awareness among children because childhood is a decisive stage in the life of the individual and it is the foundation on which the personality is based.

The educational and educational institutions such as the family and the school play an important role in the safety and freedom of this personality.

In which he presented the problem of the study, the importance of the subject of the study and the reasons for its selection and the objectives of the research, in addition to the presentation of the most important previous studies in the subject and comment on them.

In this chapter, the concepts used to formulate the title of the study and its questions were defined and the basic hypothesis for the validity test is presented.
