The problem of this research was that the phenomenon of events went along with societies throughout the ages, whether these societies were advanced or underdeveloped, as deviation is not restricted to adults only, but young people can also deviate from laws and social standards, and this problem represents a danger to countries The world, whatever the degree of progress of these countries, because it has repercussions that hinder the progress and development of societies.
