This research deals with a contract of modern dealings from the juristic side, which is known as the scientific research contract, It is - often - between a beneficiary side and a researcher with a special characteristic, the researcher provides a research to the beneficiary, which leads to scientific facts; in exchange for compensation, the researcher has shown The truth of this contract, its juristic characterization, then its rule and its legal controls, based on the requirement of a juristic research approach for emerging calamities, and taking into account the principles of Sharia influencing the ruling.

The researcher has concluded that this contract is one of the contracts that are not prohibited by Sharia, and that what is included in the contract from unknown sides , do not affect the validity of the contract, because of the apparent interests in this contract.
