A research entitled: The exception after the joined words by conjunctions Its rule and its effect, aims to clarify the significance of the exception if tracking the joined words by conjunctions and clarify the meaning of exception and joining words , and it included three topics: The first topic: the meaning of exception and joining words by conjunction and conditions for exception and letters of conjunctions and the second topic: the sayings of scholars on the exception after the joined words by conjunctions Most of them return the exception to all what it works for and the Hanfyyah returns it to the last word and some of them have hesitated some of them detailed, and evidence for every saying, then the prefered saying which is the saying of: it returns to what it works for and the third topic: mentioning three examples from the Qur’an, and three examples from the hadith.
