Technology brings distances between educational practical parties.

E-education is an important method in modern education, because it works to open various areas of interaction between the educational practical parties and provides the opportunity to exchange ideas and motivates students to interact and is related to the motivation for achievement, urges the motivation for achievement is an important element in motivating the student in the educational situation and plays a major role in achieving the goals of learning, as well as the academic adjustment linked to a set of factors related to the student himself or economic and social conditions that affect his performance because the academic adjustment Is the result of successful relationships between the student and his study environment.

The aim of the current research is to realize the relation between E-learning and Performance Motivation and Academic Adjustment among university students, and find out differences between university students in E-learning Performance Motivation and Academic Adjustment depending on type variable males-females specialization scientific - Arts The current research sample consisted of 300 university students from the scientific and arts majors The study applied on E-learning scale Performance Motivation scale and Academic Adjustment scale this scales prepared by the researcher The research followed the descriptive method analytical and comparative approach and the results of the study showed negative correlation significant at the level of.05 between E-learning dimensions and Performance Motivation dimensions and the total score is negative correlation significant at the level of.01 and negative correlation significant at the level of.05 between E-learning dimensions and Academic Adjustment dimensions and the total score except the relation with professors dimension is positive relation but anon-significant relation Also the results of the study showed statistically significant difference at the level of.01 in dimensions E-learning for the scientific major and statistically significant difference at the level of.01 in dimensions Performance Motivation and the total score of the scale for the arts major except patience and perseverance dimension significance level of.05 and difference in type variable for females at level.01 and no difference in type and specialization in Academic Adjustment dimensions and the total score except academic excellence dimension had difference in specialization for the arts major at level.01.
