The aim of this research is to study the effect of the Formative Assessment source (self / teacher) in a program based on cloud computing applications on developing the skills of designing and producing the electronic achievement file and the motivation for achievement of professional diploma students.

Preparing teachers at STEM schools of excellence.

The study was conducted on a sample of professional diploma students preparing Teachers of Excellence in Science and Technology STEM Schools at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, totaled (22) students, they were distributed into two equal experimental groups, and they are: The first group and its number reached (11) students who studied the content in a program based on cloud computing applications according to the source of the (self-assessment) ), And the second experimental group numbered (11) students who studied educational content in a program based on cloud computing applications according to the evaluation source (teacher).

The proposal typically helped to develop the skills of designing and producing the electronic achievement file and the motivation for achievement to a large extent for both students of the two groups.

Repetend, in the post application of research tools compared to the pre-application, and the results of the research indicated the superiority of the students of the second experimental group (the source of the teacher evaluation) over the students of the first experimental group (the source of the self-evaluation) in the performance aspect of the skills of designing and producing the electronic achievement file and the motivation for achievement.

The results indicated that there was no statistically significant difference between the first experimental group and the second experimental group in the cognitive achievement of the skills of designing and producing the electronic achievement file.
