Perhaps when talking about education and its axioms, postulates and requirements, we recognize the existence of an organized philosophy behind every educational curriculum.

Thus, the multiplicity of the educational curricula is an existential given dictated by cultural diversity and sectarian pluralism.

There are no educational curricula that are suitable for the human being as a whole and for the whole existence - behind every curriculum there is a latent philosophy, an organized vision, an interpretative model, and a civilized societal pattern.

Therefore,it seems legitimate to ask for this right to formulate it, support it, and push it in its direction and towards it - this right has been taken from us since the times whenthe educational curricula were led far from the doctrine of the Islamic and Arabic pragmatic field and its knowledge systems due to subjective and objective factors.

It is time to re-invoke its flow, and to defend it after the experiences of these dry decades and the resulting harvest in the field of education and training.

This paper seeks to highlight the right to educational difference through reading the fikh of education of Professor Taha Abderrahmane
