Many countries pay great attention to investing to goreign tourism without internal ones due to the low financial resources or the presence of security disturbances in them.

Algeria is one of the countries that possesses a number of tourism resources by virtue of the natural, historical and cultural ingredients that they are inclined to ,placing them at the forefront of countries that attract foreign tourists and patriots ,which is that makes it a large part of the global tourist demand market.

Tourism investment assumes an appropriate climate of security and tranquility especially within tourist establishments, including hotels, by imposing protection from crimes and attacks that may occur from or against a tourist ;so security in all its forms is considered the most important component of tourism investment
