Talking about education directed at people with a disability, is talking about a long path and a distinguished experience that our country has made in securing the right to access education for a group of people who was a victim of social exclusion and negative representations, which saw this category as a special type that needs isolation in shelters or centers especially far from school.

In this context, this paper comes to deal with the path of integrating children with a disability status into the Moroccan educational system, and to clarify the great efforts that have been made to advance their rights, explaining the major stages of educational reform in our country and the various challenges it faced in order to establish an inclusive educational system that goes beyond previous experiences in the field of schooling disabiled people whose role was limited to partial or private inclusion in the educational system.
