This research aims at defining the effects of using Alan Hover's Model in developing the geometric problem- solving skills with the middle stage girl students.

To achieve this objective, this research adopted the experimental study (the semi- experimental study) based on two groups: the experimental group and the controlling group.

The experimental group studies (the geometric and reasoning) module by using Alan Hover's model.

The controlling group studies the same unit by using the traditional method followed in the schools.

The research sample consisted of (67) of the middle stage girl students and it was divided randomly into two groups.

One of them is experimental group which consists of (35) students and the other is the controlling group which consists of (32) students.

The research materials and tools included the teacher's guide and the student's activity notebook in accordance with Alan Hover model and a test in geometric problem- solving skills.

At the end of the experiment, a post test will be implemented on the two groups.

The research results showed that: There are significant statistical differences in the level (0.05 ≥ ∝) between the average degrees of the experimental group that studies by using Alan Hover's model and the controlling group that studies by using the traditional method in the test of the geometric problem- solving skills in the post application.
