The athletic achievement of an individual does not depend only on the development of his physical and skill abilities, but is influenced and reacted by many psychological factors such as motives, desires, convictions, perception, thinking and psychological readiness, and the movement satisfaction is closely related to motivation, so the players who have the basic motivation towards achievement have the degree of motivation towards training for them at its highest levels, Competitive behavior is nothing but an activity in which the athlete tries to win, and this is based not only on the intrinsic motives of the athlete, but also on the social motives.

Aim The current study aims to identify the extent of the existence of statistically significant correlational relationships between motor satisfaction, competitive behavior and achievement motivation among athletics beginners (the research sample).

Method The research sample consisted of (39) junior athletics at the Military Sports School in Minya, they were divided into (30) junior basic sample, (9) junior exploratory sample, and the researcher used the descriptive approach (the survey method) due to its suitability to the nature of the research, and the data were analyzed Using the SPSS statistical software (version 22).

Results The results of the research confirm the existence of statistically significant correlational relationships between movement satisfaction, competitive behavior and achievement motivation among athletics emerging at the Military Sports School in Minya (the research sample).
