One of the most important matters that Islamic Sharia (law) has given great attention to, forbidding harming it, denigrating, or falling into it and has made it among the five necessities that must be preserved is the safety of the individual in his person, his money, his honor, his intellect, his religion and forbidding assaulting of torturing or scoring him or otherwise of the types of harming in order to achieve the security and stability of the individual and to guarantee his dignity as all the divine laws also called for that.

However, today we can see many people who underestimate the harm and pain of others, The form of harm are so many; I mean moral harm.

It is one of the most important examples of intimidation.

Intimidating and frightening a Muslim is a great thing in Islamic law.

It has a lot of harm.

It has become a real and living phenomenon seen in our daily life nowadays.

It became a job and a source of earning through space channels as well.

It is a dangerous phenomena that threatens the life of society individuals and groups, so I wanted to study this dangerous phenomenon and clarify its provision in terms of jurisprudence and how to deal with it through this research that deals with this issue by showing its legal truth and the negative consequences that result from it with explaining the opinions of ancient and contemporary jurists on that phenomenon.

I've divided this research into an introduction, a preamble, two chapters, and a conclusion.

As for the introduction, I talked about the definition of the topic, its importance, the reason for choosing it, the research methodology and its plan and in the preamble, I talked about the definition of the topic vocabulary and the words related to it.

In the first chapter I talked about the types of intimidation and its causes and mentioned contemporary models of intimidation through space channels programs.

In the second chapter I talked about the position of Islamic law on terrorizing the safe in two topics: the first is: the jurisprudential characterization of intimidation through space channels programs and the second is the punishment for intimidation in Islamic law.

In the conclusion, I summarized the most important results that I reached through the research.
