The Health centers transgress the first point of contact between individuals therapeutic and Preventive services to all members of society، so its distribution needs to reduce balance and Social justice between city.

Districts and after studying and analyzing the venality of health centers in a continent are located Sadr city 2018.

We find that there are deficiencies in many functional and evening indicators in the spatial distribution for health centers.

As most of population traveled a higher distance than the standard distance to reach health centers.

The research included tow topics، where the first topic reviewed the geographical distribution of health centers in the city, which contains (20) health centers and (5) specialization centers, while the second topic deals with the efficiency of health centers, using planning criteria and statistical analysis using the criteria of ease of access and the nearest neighbor presumption.
