The article deals with the issue of political parties in Morocco in light of the new organizational law for political parties, issued in 2011 after the new constitution of the Kingdom, and the research focused on the points of progress that the law knew in comparison with the previous law, especially as it was a normal law while we are now facing an organizational law.

Clarifying some of the law’s deficiencies in terms of reforming them, especially in light of practice, where practice alone is sufficient to uncover the hidden secrets of any law.

Al-Pure has also stopped the freedom to establish political parties in Morocco, the method of financing them, the process of unionization and merger of parties, as means to improve the performance of political parties, and for the advancement of political practice as an ultimate goal.
